Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that allows you to restrict your access to our gaming platform for a specified period of time. This helps you maintain control over your gaming habits.

Self-exclusion options include 24 hours for a short break, 7 days for one week cooling off period, 30 days for one month restriction, 90 days for three months break, 6 months for half year restriction, and permanent for complete account closure.

During exclusion, you cannot access your account or place bets, you cannot deposit funds during exclusion period, you cannot participate in any promotional activities, your account remains secure and data is preserved, and you can still view your transaction history.

To apply for self-exclusion, log into your account, go to account settings, select responsible gaming options, choose your exclusion period, and confirm your decision.

Once your exclusion period ends, you can request to have your account reactivated. For permanent exclusions, you must contact customer support to discuss reinstatement options. We may require additional verification before reactivating your account.
